1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amplifi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Amplifi provides organic Spotify playlist promotion services for independent artists. We pitch tracks to independent playlist curators in our network. We do not guarantee specific placement, stream counts, or playlist additions. All results vary based on track quality, genre fit, and curator discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. You represent that you own or have the right to promote the music you submit.

4. Submission Requirements

All tracks submitted must be original works or works you have legal rights to promote. We reserve the right to reject submissions that violate Spotify's Terms of Service, contain hate speech, or promote illegal activities.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before campaign initiation. Refunds are available if we are unable to begin your campaign within 7 days of submission. Once curator pitching has begun, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

6. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific stream counts, follower growth, or playlist placements. All metrics provided are target ranges based on historical campaign data.

7. Spotify Compliance

Our methods comply with Spotify's Terms of Service. We do not use bots, fake accounts, or artificial streaming methods. You agree not to engage in activities that violate Spotify's terms while using our services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your music. We may use anonymized campaign data for internal analytics and marketing purposes. We will not sell or license your music without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amplifi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific campaign in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to our network of curators.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
